It enjoys a convenient location, approximately 13 km from National Highway 51, 19 km from Cai Mep Port, 16 km from Thi Vai Port, and 21 km from Go Dau Port, facilitating easy access to both road and sea transportation.
Project area scale: 2,287.55 ha, including:
- Industrial land: 1,556.14 ha
- Chau Duc urban area land: 537.01 ha
- Golf course land: 152 ha
- Land outside the urban area (resettlement area): 42 ha
