The DEEP C Industrial Zone Complex is a system of industrial parks and seaports developed and operated by a Belgian investor in Hai Phong City and Quang Ninh Province.

DEEP C began with the development of the DEEP C Hai Phong I industrial park project in 1997, and has since continuously expanded to include three industrial zones in Hai Phong and two in Quang Ninh. Together, they form the DEEP C Industrial Zone Complex, covering an area of 3,400 hectares.

Sonadezi Chau Duc Industrial Park covers an area of up to 2,287 hectares. It is the largest industrial park in the entire southern region and the leading economic spearhead of Châu Đức District. It enjoys a convenient location, approximately 13 km from National Highway 51, 19 km from Cai Mep Port, 16 km from Thi Vai Port, and 21 km from Go Dau Port, facilitating easy access to both road and sea transportation.

Project area scale: 2,287.55 ha, including:

 - Industrial land: 1,556.14 ha

 - Chau Duc urban area land: 537.01 ha

 - Golf course land: 152 ha

 - Land outside the urban area (resettlement area): 42 ha

My Phuoc 3 Industrial Park  

My Phuoc 3 Industrial Park, with a scale of 2,280 hectares, is located in Thoi Hoa, Ben Cat, Binh Duong. It is planned according to international standards, with complete and synchronized infrastructure and full-service amenities.

This is the first industrial park in Vietnam to apply a new construction model — building a complex that not only attracts industrial manufacturing activities but also includes services, commerce, and urban development — aiming to ensure sustainable development and to build the northern area of Binh Duong into an industrial city.

Covering a total area of 3,285 hectares, with 2,190 hectares allocated for industrial use and the remaining area for urban and service development, the project is divided into three phases: phases 1 and 2 focus on leasing industrial land and factory buildings, while phase 3 is dedicated to urban and resettlement areas.

The key industries attracting investment at Phuoc Dong Industrial Park include rubber manufacturing, tire production, plastics, mechanical engineering, metal processing, garment manufacturing, and food processing. By the end of 2024, Phuoc Dong Industrial Park had attracted nearly 60 investment projects from both domestic and foreign enterprises.
